It’s a Smile-turned-Frown day

I woke up in an exuberant mood, thinking, it’s the last day of finals! And did everything to accentuate on my elation. I braided my hair and wore my glasses to school, and received quite a load of comments from my friends which made my cheeks turn slightly pink.

Okay, so, first subject: KHB.

Everything was alright until Teacher ShaZu told us a heart-gripping news. I won’t tell what happened, because I promised myself not to scare myself by repeating history again. So then, everytime we crossed the sick bay during recess, it sent shivers crawling all over my skin.

After recess, the least important event turned into the most significant, followed by the hair-raising, fear-strickening surprise that totally blew me off the cliff, and I wasn’t even able to regain myself in time.

As stated, my lips are sealed, but what I would conclude though, is that even though you pray for something to spice up your tedious life for once, the surprise may not be something good. That’s when the real surprise trudges in.

What a hell of a day.
